DUNDEE KZN: Electrical fault-finder goes missing from Municipality

Service delivery may be delayed

Dundee SAPS are investigating the theft of an electrical fault finder, known as a thumper, apparently stolen from the Municipality.

The equipment, estimated to be valued in excess of R200 000, went missing over the weekend. Fears are that the theft will compromise the ability of electricians to trace faults.

Anyone with information that may lead to the recovery of the thumper is asked to contact the Dundee SAPS.
