Bright Start Academy hosts ‘Fun In The Sun Day’ on November 13.

If you think earthquakes are life-changing, then you certainly missed Bright Start Academy’s sizzling sports day on November 13, which organisers say was a day to remember.

“The battle of the titans between Team Pooh Bears and Team Tigers took place at the Bright Start Academy grounds,” explained Sam Govender, from the school.

As ecstatic parents and supporters cheered them on to victory, learners proudly displayed their brilliant colours and team flags.

Parents cheered and sometimes joined in as students competed in events that not only challenged them physically but also mentally, such as sack races, egg and spoon races, apron races, bean bag races, cup stacking, and balancing.

Well done to all involved, who made this day a huge success!
