The Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) has many animals that are waiting to be homed. If these animals do not get adopted, the sad reality is that they will have to be put down.
There is a female German Shepherd cross who is good with kids and will make a great family dog. She does not like other pets, but she is desperate for a home. Scruffy is another lovely dog looking for a home. He is a Boverian Bloodhound cross Irish Terrier. There is a dog for every family, so please visit the kennels to adopt your new best friend.
The AACL has picked up a female Jack Russell from the Smartiesville area. If you think she may belong to you, please visit the kennels to claim her. The AACL would like the public’s help in finding a lost Staffordshire Terrier who is brown with a white chest. His name is ‘Jock’ and he went missing from the army base in Hospital Park.
The AACL had a bad case of animal neglect over the weekend in Roosboom. A mother dog and her five puppies were severely malnourished and due to their condition, they had to be put down. If you know of any animals that are suffering, please call the AACL on 076-151-1784.
