Madam – A sewer manhole that regularly overflows onto a private residential site has been attended to once reported.

However, this does not solve the problem because residents have to put up with the residue as shown on the attached photograph and the smell that goes with it until they take it upon themselves to clear the mess, knowing that within a few days there will be a re-occurrence of this problem.

The sewage overflows onto farmland inhabited by several species of animals and bird life.
