Editor – It is awful to read about and see accidents on our roads on a daily basis.
On Friday, I was saddened as I drove past Roosboom and saw the terrible accident where a man lost his life.
The head and management of traffic need to put their heads together and think of a way to be more hard on motorists and stop all these tragic accidents from claiming precious lives.
Speed and drunk driving are the biggest problems we are facing, with most of the culprits causing accidents.
I also feel that more speed cameras need to be implemented on our roads, thus stopping motorists from speeding.
I really hope this suggestion of mine is considered and that it might help prevent more accidents.
