Madam – Humanity. What does humanity really mean?

I thought about the word. I could not find a really descriptive word and researched the word.

And the words I found were shocking as none of the words really exists in today’s human beings.

Humanity means compassion – do we really have compassion to another? If we did, then people would not be murdered about petty things. And bigger things such as fighting for land. Why kill farmers for their land? They worked hard to provide food and employment. When they are not there anymore, who will?

Humanity means kind-heartedness – do we really have a kind heart? If we did, we will take care of anybody who suffers, no matter what the race. That is my reason for life on earth and so are yours. A friendly smile or greeting would not bring you harm. Only the Creator will rejoice.

Humanity means consideration – do we really consider the needs of others and when they go through a tough time? Have you ever considered you might also be in that same situation, and who would consider helping you?

Humanity means sympathy – do you show sympathy to others? Do you keep them in your prayers? No! We are only praying for those close to our hearts.

Humanity means tolerance – Are we tolerant of others? I guess not, for we cannot tolerate what we are going through and what is being done towards us. Tolerance of others is very difficult but we have to try.

Humanity means goodness – are we good towards one another even in difficult times? We can show goodness to those who cause harm and maybe they will realise what impact they have on others.

Humanity means charity – have you ever give something to somebody you no longer use or need? Some people do, and they are being praised by those who received. Not only by those people but in the eyes of God.

Humanity means understanding – can anybody understand how you feel, what you need and what happened on your path of life? No! Why? For people don’t even try to understand what others are going through and don’t even care. They just think you have brought it on yourself. You might be a good person and you were taken for granted. Nobody sees that anymore.

Humanity means the quality of a being humane – Quality, what quality do we have as a human? We love, we push others down, step on others and we just don’t care, as long as we come on top without thinking of those who you hurt in the process.

Humanity means leniency – Farmer killers don’t show any leniency, and are exceptionally cruel. If and when they are caught, they expect the law to be lenient, and think and feel they will get away with it, but will not. You will not get away with it in the eyes of our Lord, for He will be the bigger Judge. In the future you will stumble and will not be able to get up, just sit down and think on what you have done to others. You failed your test and have to be satisfied with the outcome.

Humanity means pity – Pity and leniency goes hand in hand.

Humanity means generosity – Give without expecting something in return.

Humanity means tenderness and benevolence – Even in times of hurt and despair, we can give to others who are less fortunate.

I think humanity needs to be awakened and shocked with the truth that when none of these exist then no one will matter.
