I READ your article on the water situation with interest. I noted the last paragraph of your story with regard to Paulpietersburg with dismay:

“Apparently, door to door deliveries of water is taking place, with the private sector supplementing local government efforts.”

The residents are not receiving door to door water delivery from local government.

Only certain businesses receive water from local government.

Some residents have arranged for farmers to deliver water to them.

The local government have water points where residents collect water.

In the town of Paulpietersburg there is only one water collection point. It is each residence own responsibility to collect water.

Just thought I would clarify the situation.
