Thanks for wonderful medical service

Madam –

I want to thank the Newcastle Provincial Hospital’s staff very much for the great service they provided when my son was born there on the December 29, 2015.

We received a warm helpful hand when we arrived there 5am, from security; even the paramedic who crossed our path in the elevator assisted and asked my wife if all was okay.

Thank you to all the nursing staff who very quickly helped, and within two hours, our little man was born. Thank you very much for all your help, and a special thank you to the admin lady at the main entrance door. You are a lovely, special kind of person.
