Suspicious actions in Colita

There was such chaos that complaints were lodged with the traffic department and the municipality

Through your paper, I would like to find out the following from any person that can help:

I know these days, people are allowed to do as they like, as they claim the government allows them. There is a question about two cars, which are the only cars using the unauthorised road along number 3 and number 1 Sagittarius Road.

To put your readers on the same page as me…

1. According to my knowledge, this is a pedestrian path.
2. The owner of the vehicles resides in another road.
3. She arrived four to five years ago and used number 1 Sagittarius driveway to access her home and vice versa until there was such chaos that complaints were lodged with the traffic department and the municipality. Problems were solved and chaos stopped.
4. Now, here is the question – why are she and her driver, who is a young male, still using the road?

Before they were here, there was no visible road. People who occupied that house did not use the road, instead they used Jennings Road to go in or out, except when on foot. The owner insists on using the road even after the municipality has done all it can to help her access her house.

They drive in and out at night as well, most of the time they come back after 10pm. I won’t bore your readers with the details of the problems, unless I am challenged to do so, as that might be offensive to some people.
