Editor – I am very frustrated with motorists who drive recklessly along my street, Benares Street, every day.
Speed is commonplace, no matter if someone is walking in the road or if there are other cars.
Over weekends, it just gets worse, with drunk drivers behind the wheel and making things even more dangerous.
The other day, my kids were playing in the driveway and a white Golf sped past with loud music blaring. What if a child was in the road? We genuinely fear for the lives of our kids and the elderly.
People should stop driving like maniacs and consider the lives of others.
I hope that Protection Services will do something about this.
