It is a matter not who you know, but what you know

Madam – Qualifications versus Employment.

When a person applies for a position they acknowledge that they have the qualification to fulfil their expected duties.

But then further down the line, not even within a few months, a senior picks up that the employee can’t perform sufficiently and effectively. Then the shock arises, the employee is dyslexic.

The filing department is a nightmare. All documents are filed incorrectly and that can and will cause havoc. Unnecessary stress is caused and files get duplicated and the original files are missing until the files are re-filed by an employee who has the knowledge about filing.

It would be an advantage to every company if employees write competency tests. In that way the superior will employ a successful candidate who obtains an excellent mark in the competency test. The company will reflect excellent customer service and employ competent employees. It is a matter not who you know, but what you know.
