People are not always forthcoming with praise in the corrupt times we live in but the friendliness and caring of people in this town blots out the usual negativity. So, thank you to the petrol attendant who, when checking my oil, notified me to another problem under my car’s bonnet.
Thank you to the young girls who called the SPCA to the plight of a mistreated dog running around the Pick n Pay parking.
Thank you to the staff of many establishments who will greet and smile at every customer.
Thank you to all those people who go the extra mile to make their fellow humans, and animals’, lives more bearable.
