Sir
On behalf of the Crisis Centre I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to the many kind people of our town for their donations of clothing and food over the year.
The following is a list of businesses and individuals whom have been generous in their donations to the Crisis Centre and who we wish to extend our thanks to:
Orange Grove Dairy for their consistent supply of food which goes a long long way in supporting the poor families and homes in our community.
Indumeni Farms for their supply of meat that is put to good use here at the Centre and is shared with other charities in town.
Melusi for their wonderful fresh vegetables on a regular basis.
The Presbyterian Church for their loyal support throughout the years.
The Combined Churches who also support us.
Ingudlane Lodge for having a Carols by Candlelight and collecting toys and clothes.
Mr Gous for his donation of chickens.
Brydey Webber for her donation of chickens.
Life Group Church for the generous donation of sweets, groceries, chips and clothes.
Evangelical Bible Church for supplying lunch and socialising with the residents and children.
Shoprite for the constant supply of soup and bread to feed the poor, particularly during winter months.
The Shed for their donation of chocolate cake.
Judy Sayed, for her constant support with clothing and various items.
All the kind individuals that have supported the Centre with their donations and gifts.
We are planning on having an event day on December 15 for children. We would be so grateful if any people have toys that could be donated for this event.
We anticipate around 250-300 children of all ages on this day. We would like to make this a special day in these children’s lives as they do not have the privileges that most children are fortunate enough to have. Please don’t donate broken toys as we will not have enough time to repair them.
