Help find blind Jack Russell

The dog responds to the name Ticwa

The league is desperately looking for a Jack Russell by the name of Ticwa.

The dog is blind and needs its owners urgently.

If you see this dog, please contact the league as soon as possible.

The AACL would like to make the community aware that their working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturday (the kennels are closed on Sundays).

Isn’t it time for you to get a new friend who will never turn their back on you? If so, then visit the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) and adopt a pet.

Playful dogs, as well as cats and kittens, are up for adoption at the kennels. If you are interested in adopting, then contact Annamarie Koen on 076-151-1784 or visit the league premises on the N11 just before the Limit Hill robots.

An appeal is made to the community to please not chain up their dogs. This is illegal and offenders will be fined and / or charged if they are found to be doing so.

A very special thank you to Pierre Massyn and Doreen for their kind contributions to the league.

Any contribution is greatly appreciated. The league desperately needs cash. If you want to contribute, then you can make a deposit into their bank account. The details are: Nedbank, Ladysmith, Cheque Account: 1330077512, Branch Code: 1330
