The AACL has pets that are ideal for any home

Many dogs, cats and kittens are up for adoption this week

If you are interested in adopting a new pet, there are plenty to choose from at the Animal Anti-Cruelty League (AACL). Many dogs, cats and kittens are up for adoption this week.

The league is always in need of cat and dog food, whether wet or dry. If you want to be a Good Samaritan, then make a contribution. All donations are greatly appreciated by the league.

A special thank you to Pierre Massyn, OBC Chicken and TFS for their contributions.

Cash donations can be deposited into the following bank account: Nedbank, Ladysmith, Cheque Account: 1330077512, Branch Code: 133025.

If you have any enquiries, then contact Annamarie Koen on 0761511784 or visit the kennels on the N11 just before the Limit Hill robots.

A reminder to the community that AACL workers are out in full force, making sure that dogs are not roaming the streets. On Tuesday morning, an Acaciavale resident was fined R1000 because his dog was roaming the streets.
