Message after message, with images to our municipality and still nothing has been done. I point out the DRAINS that are covered in mud, stones and litter, now we have corn growing.

When will this municipality start doing something when the public bring it to their attention? Does it not make life a whole lot easier for you to get the job done?
So let’s try again. The area to be cleaned is on the Albert/Connor street corner on the Pick n Pay side. There is a drain that is SUPPOSED to allow water to run down into it from the STORM WATER DRAIN or GUTTER. The other drain that is covered in mud, stones, litter and now corn, is opposite the road outside the tote on Albert Street side.
Just look for the mud caking in the gutter. The third mud and rubbish filled area is outside Wood and Boon next to George Memorial Hospital, also in Albert street. Also please ensure that all the rubbish is removed from underneath the bridges.

While we are concentrating on Albert Street, outside the house opposite Belmont Court, there is a toilet cistern that the municipality always just passes and doesn’t pick up to discard.

Then Centurion Flats are always a disgusting sight. Litter in our road is collected ONCE A WEEK, ON A TUESDAY. PLEASE notify them ALL to keep their refuse inside their property until collection. This is a seven-day week eye sore!
The idea is KEEPING ESTCOURT CLEAN.
