Madam – I was admitted into Mediclinic earlier this month after a fall at home, needing treatment for a badly fractured wrist.

I would like to thank the emergency staff and doctors for their compassion and professional service which they showed.
I would also like to thank the staff in Ward A for making my stay more bearable.
A big thanks to Dr Mgele and his assistants for performing my emergency operation over the weekend.
Their dedication instills my confidence in the medical services which we have in Newcastle.
