This is how the staff dressed in orange cleans up the streets. It purely shows me that there is this no care attitude.

Without supervisors, they are basically left to do just as they please.

So my answer to all this ‘no care’ attitude is to stop paying our rates and taxes, after all, we are being abused.
So it’s time to show who is boss…we the rate payers stop paying the municipal staff salaries!

Only when we see that you are all worthy of OUR HARD EARNED CASH, then maybe we will reconsider paying our rates again.
