What the New Year brings to you depends on what you bring to the table.
At this time of year I’m hearing lots of talk about how people are planning to improve their bodies – eating healthier, detoxes, diets, gym, and sport.

Remember that it is as important to invest in improving your mind and living mindfully. As we get out of holiday mode and into work-mode again, don’t get caught up waiting for the weekend.
Most of us spend all week waiting for the weekend. We need to make every day count. Begin each day with positive intentions. If we wake up in a grumpy mood, chances are your day won’t get much better.

So start your day with gratitude. Dress up each day, use a perfume you love. Go out on date nights. Take your time out. Use your breaks to relax. Make your home a haven of peace.
Light up incense sticks and create a special smell you look forward to going to. You could play relaxing music. Remember always do things that you are happy with and remember what you put in is what you get out.
