Is Estcourt now ‘Rubbish Town’?

As business people, it is a shame to see the dirt in front of our shop doors

Editor – Estcourt does not have a so-called municipality anymore. Our town has gone to the dogs. Every street you walk along, dirt is piling up on pavements that are filthy.

As business people, it is a shame to see the dirt in front of our shop doors.

Where is the municipality to clean up this town? I think it is time to elect people who know how to run the municipality. Estcourt is the most disgusting town to live in. It is not called Estcourt anymore, it’s ‘Rubbish Town’.
