Geese, Louise, why are they always so angry?

It's natural to see a goose take on a much larger opponent

Do you find yourself to be angry all the time? Do you hate the world and everyone in it? Do you find that you often lash out at anyone who crosses your path?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any or all of the above questions, then you are either a goose reading this or a human who was a goose in a past life.

Geese are notoriously angry. Why? No one knows. Even the geese themselves don’t know. A recent hard-hitting exposé into geese also proved fruitless after the journalist conducting the exposé was chased from the scene. The journalist, who asked not to be named, said he merely tried to document the geese’s lifestyle by taking photos of them enjoying a swim in some sewer water when they angrily turned on him. He fled, but not before capturing a photo of the irate geese hurling profanities at him.

The offending geese in question

The geese, though, have hit back at allegations that they attacked the journalist, claiming that they were merely defending their territory from the paparazzi. “He didn’t even ask any flocking permission to take photos of us. He just started snapping away, so we snapped at his heels,” said spokesgoose Mr G Oose Huizen.

He added that they would continue to defend their territory from any prying eyes and if that was seen as ‘flying off the rails’, then so be it.

Psychologist, Dr Q Uack, said that understanding geese was not a difficult task.
“They’re like the Saiyan race in Dragon Ball. They get stronger by fighting. So it’s natural to see a goose take on a much larger opponent.”

However, Human / Geese Relations Expert Mr C Hick Magnét said that geese had more brawn than brains and didn’t know when they were in a losing battle. He hoped the exposé would still be completed and more people would come to understand why it is so easy to ruffle a geese’s feathers.
