New committee elected at Vryheid Cricket Club
The new committee thanked the members of the previous committee for the many years of loyal service they had put into Vryheid Cricket Club and are looking forward to carrying on the legacy of the cricket club with the same dedication and honour.
VRYHEID Cricket Club held their Annual General Meeting last Saturday, followed by a prize giving ceremony at the clubhouse.
A new committee was elected to take over the reins as the long-serving and dedicated members of the previous committee stepped down. Clifford Dougherty steps in as Chairman, with Bonginkosi Mkhonza as Vice Chairman, Gavin Minott as Treasurer, Deon Harris Jr as Secretary and Jean Botha as Club Captain.
