NFL Knock-out cup kicks off in May
Newcastle United is still on top of the log and hasn't lost a single game.
The Newcastle Futsal League wrapped up the first half of the season’s fixtures, at the Paradise Astro Court, on Sunday, April 24.
A total of 15 games were played and all teams played 11 games in total from the beginning of the season.
Despite the action-packed soccer, it was a sad day for teams and spectators, as they had to say goodbye to the Manchester City team, also known as the Asians. The entire team had to return to their home country, Malaysia, as they had urgent matters to attend to. They were uncertain when they would be back in South Africa again.
“The NFL would like to wish Manchester City team all the best in their trip back home, and the team is now under new management.”

The biggest upset of the evening was Barcelona drawing 2-2 with Bayern Munich, after being two goals down. Wimbledon FC kept its second spot on the log and is seven points clear of Bayern Munich, which is in third position on 18 points. Newcastle United is still on top of the log and hasn’t lost a single game.
