Endumeni Angling Club (EAC) is a brand new Northern KZN recreational fishing club. The aim of the club is to create fair, competitive and enjoyable fishing to all anglers as well as to provide the necessary amenities to those of its members who wish to participate in angling. These include, but are not limited to, youth development at school level, orientation classes for first time adult anglers, affiliation to professional angling federations (SAFBAF) for members whom excel to obtain provincial and national colours, fishing at public and private dams, overnight and weekend camping trips and hosting open competitions.
EAC welcomes anglers of all races, ages and genders and it will be affiliated to the Natal Fresh Water Angling Association (NFWAA) for the upcoming season which kicks off on the August 21. “We are the first and only club from NKZN in the NFWAA that accommodates everyone in your family.” EAC, in collaboration with its volunteers and sponsors, are determined to maintain the high standards of the association to ensure a pleasant fishing experience. There are also great club prizes to be won during the fishing season. Categories for prizes include, but are not limited to, junior and senior anglers of the year, female angler of the year, biggest scale and non-scale fish and Champion of champions.
Interested anglers wanting to join may attend a special meeting on the August 13 at Glencoe Primary School (Violet Street) at 14:30pm. Membership forms may be obtained from the club secretary by emailing us at: eac@gmail.com or collect at Ebees Express, 40 McKenzie Street, Dundee.
