High spirits and excitement at Oktoberfest

The annual Michaelis Oktoberfest took place on Friday, October 17.

The scene was set and the tables adorned in rich and festive red and white. As approximately 380 guests began to fill the venue, an atmosphere of high spirits and excitement filled the air.

An opening parade comprising of men and women in Lederhosen and Dirndl, along with the sounds of the Oompah Band and the taste of ice cold beer, got the festivities underway.
