Sthabiso Cebekhulu launched his second maskandi album in Rensburgdrift

December 22 marked a memorable day for Sthabiso Cebekhulu as he launched his second maskandi album at the Esigodlweni Community Hall in Rensburgdrift.

He aimed to educate the community of this unique music genre at the launch. Sthabiso did not make it all about him and his music achievements but also shared the limelight.

He extended an invite to other upcoming local artists like uNkinga, uBuzwe Bethu, Mtshongo the Vocalist, D. O.G, Abafana BakwaDladla and many more to take to the stage

Sthabiso would like to thank them for showcasing their talents and to all who helped make the day successful.

“Thank you for the love and respect shown. Big thanks to Baba uZwane, my manager Theko Ngqulunga, and the community for supporting me. I request prayer and support from my fans so that my wish could come true,” he added.

For Sthabiso, maskandi is not just music; it is his culture. He remains hopeful for a generous sponsor to assist him with his third album this year.
