65 Year old arrested for dealing with drugs

Excellent work from Fezile Dabi District Trio Task team and the Fezile Dabi District Tactical Response Team.

An African male aged 65, was arrested in Parys for dealing with drugs. According to police spokesperson Sergeant Josephine Rani, members of the Fezile Dabi District Trio Task team were on patrol on May 3 at about 12:00 when they received information about an unknown male selling drugs from a silver Honda Civic around Parys.

The team members spotted the vehicle parked in front of one of the supermarkets, with one male inside the vehicle.

When searching the vehicle, police  found small sachets of Nyaope and half pills of Mandrax. The drugs and the vehicle were confiscated.

A 32 year old male also appeared in the Sasolburg Magistrate Court for dealing with drugs after his arrest in Zamdela by members of the Fezile Dabi District Tactical Response Team.

The team received information about the man selling drugs at a house in Walter Sisulu section, and responded swiftly. The man was found in possession of Nyaope, Crystal Meth and an undisclosed amount of cash, Sgt Rani said.
