Former Executive Mayor of the Ngwathe Local Municipality, Joey Mochela, passed away on July 27 at the age of 58. According to her uncle, Molapisi Mochela, she has been sick for some time.
Joey served the Ngwathe Local Municipality as Mayor for almost ten years.
The funeral service will be on August 1 from 08:30 at Phehellang Secondary School.
Joey will be sadly missed by her daughter, Katleho, parents and family.
