Work on various intersections continues in town

Work on various intersections that the municipality started recently continues. The Technical Services team, led by the municipal manager, Kgomotso Kumbe, excavated the road at the intersection of Peter Mokaba Street and Chief Albert Luthuli Drive, as well as the intersection of Beyers Naude and Steve Biko Avenue.

Jeanette Tshite, municipal spokesperson, said the services being delivered are a fight against potholes. The JB Marks Local Municipality resolved to remove old, damaged tar and build paved roads on intersections and other roads that are problematic.
