Girl Guides give back to the community

True strength lies in kindness, community, and service.

The Potchefstroom Girl Guides recently completed their Women’s Month project, ‘Packed with Love’, where they collected toiletries for NG Welfare Potchefstroom to support vulnerable women in the community.

Each bag was carefully decorated with the help of materials donated by Romy’s Habby, while Body Fuel Express kindly provided bottles of water, and the Potchefstroom Baptist Church contributed Bibles to uplift and inspire.

The Girl Guides would also like to extend heartfelt gratitude to NG Welfare for their tireless service to Potchefstroom, offering care and dignity to those in need. This project reflects the heart of the Girl Guide Promise and Law, reminding us to serve others, to do our best, and to be a friend to all.

In giving with love, the Girl Guides not only upheld these values but also learned that true strength lies in kindness, community, and service.
