The desperate search is still on for an 11-year-old boy who disappeared after Aganang radio station’s seventh birthday celebrations at the Ikageng stadium on Sunday 1 May.
It was there that friends of Lebogang Mohudi from Nanogang Primary School last saw him.
According to one learner, Lebogang was wearing a blue T-shirt, black shorts and black flip-flops at the time.
“He was walking with an older woman who was wearing a pink T-shirt and a black pair of jeans,” she said.
Lebogang’s aunt, Kebogositswe ‘Kubu’ Seqhala, says they have already reported his disappearance to the police. “His mother lives in Postmasburg. We don’t have any relatives nearby where he could have run away to. At the time of his disappearance, Lebogang was staying with his father and younger brother.
“We trust that the community will help us find him,” she said.
Anyone with any information is urged to contact the Ikageng police station at 018 295 1730 or Kubu at 073 698 2281.
