Active Covid-19 cases in J.B. Marks nearing the 1000 mark

According to the latest statistics from the North West Department of Health, the active cases in the J.B. Marks municipality is currently 936 cases. 

According to the latest statistics from the North West Department of Health, the number of active cases in the J.B. Marks municipality is currently at 936 cases. 250 people have passed away due to Covid-19 related complications.

The J.B. Marks municipality accounts for 8.1% of the total active cases in the North West province. By Sunday (27 June) 133 212 vaccines had been administered in the province.  

 

“We are all urged to adhere to preventative measures of social distancing, sanitize, wear mask, avoid crowded place and unnecessary travel,” the Department said in a statement.
