A 13-year-old girl was hit by a car in Mogolodi street, Ikageng yesterday afternoon after allegedly walking in front of a vehicle. According to police spokesperson, Captain Aafje Botma, a case of reckless and negligent driving was opened by police after the accident. “The teenager was transported by ER24 to Potchefstroom hospital and fortunately sustained a few injuries,” she said.
