Harry’s Tyres has been part of the Potchefstroom community since 1952.
In this 70th Anniversary year, Harry’s Tyres has been through an exciting transformation, giving the tyre fitment centre a new lease on life and making it a talking point among car enthusiasts.
Vintage cars have been transformed into furniture, and car paraphernalia adorns the walls in the “Old Skool” themed waiting area, where you can enjoy a complimentary coffee and sandwich while you wait. The workshop has been extended threefold and has been fitted with new equipment, including four new lifts. The workshop has been designed to reduce waiting times and make the experience as painless as possible.
The Harry’s Tyres fitment centre offers the sale and fitment of new tyres, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and safety checks. Additional services include (but are not limited to) the sale and fitment of batteries and shocks, minor services, sale and fitment of brake pads, and windscreens, making it more than just a tyre shop!

Being part of the community is very important to Harry’s Tyres, which not only supports a local nursery school but has also initiated a learnership programme for young students to earn as they learn while having the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications.
