Fitness model makes waves at Mister Global SA 2023
Local fitness model, Wiehann Greyling made Potchefstroom proud when he was announced as the first runner up at the Mister Global SA 2023 finals that took place in Pretoria on Saturday, 16 September. He was also crowned as Mister Physique.
Local fitness model, Wiehann Greyling made Potchefstroom proud when he was announced as the first runner up at the Mister Global SA 2023 finals that took place in Pretoria on Saturday, 16 September.
Greyling placed all his focus on this competition in the past couple of months. Meticulous preparation lead to him being awarded the prestigious title of Mr Physique 2023 at this competition.

“It was an amazing experience and I am blown away with the results. I focused hard on my conditioning and my physical appearance for the competition’s swimwear section, making sure my beard and hair is in shape,” states Greyling, after winning the title for the best physique in the competition.
Greyling worked closely with Bianca Botes and his conditioning coach, Niel van Dyk to make sure that he is in top shape for the competition. Going into the competition, Greyling previously stated that he would want to achieve a top 3 spot. Now, that he has achieved this goal, he aims to dream even bigger.
“This is amazing exposure to be able to achieve these results at a national level. I have also now been able to get contracts for international fitness modelling work through this competition. Doors are opening up,” added Greyling.
