Care packages delivered to car accident survivor (11)

Chaplain Sally Nelson, together with local first responder, Aldus Smith and his wife, Annika, are responsible for coordinating and delivering the packages.

The Potchefstroom community has joined hands to support Letho (11)*, the sole survivor of a horrific motor vehicle accident on the N12. The accident occurred on 14 June. Numerous packages have been send to Letho* in her time of need.

Due to the devastating nature of the crash, in which she lost her mother and other relatives, Letho* has little to no clothing or basic necessities for her stay in hospital. To help ease her burden, numerous residents have shown their love and support through donations of clothing, snacks and other gifts.

Chaplain Sally Nelson, together with local first responder, Aldus Smith and his wife, Annika, are responsible for coordinating and delivering the packages.

The care packages include a variety of essential and comfort items, ranging from clothing and toiletries to snacks and personalised letters.

For more information or to coordinate donations for Letho*, contact Annika Smith on 074 433 6400.
