Repairs are currently underway at two large potholes in Thabo Mbeki Avenue in the section between Esselen and Loop Streets.

These potholes have been a major issue with motorists needing to use the lane for oncoming traffic to avoid it.

Yesterday, (Sunday, 20 July) there were no traffic officers on duty to manage the traffic while the repair team was busy fixing the road.

Motorists are advised to use this road with caution.
