The Municipal Revenue System is currently offline due to an unforeseen technical problem.

Jeanette Tshite, municipal spokesperson says at this stage, no specific timeframe can be provided regarding the full restoration of the system.

“The Municipality’s Technical team is working diligently and with urgency to resolve the matter and restore services as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the interruption.”
