It is almost time to #FillupPotch.
This is the driving force behind the highly-anticipated ASA Senior National Athletics Championships that will take place at the Puk McArthur Stadium in Potchefstroom from 20-22 April. Imagine a packed stadium seeing the country’s top talent battle it out to be number one Z athletics entertainment at its absolute best.
The country’s top talent will vie to be SA’s best during this prestigious championship where the likes of Olympic 400-metre champion, Wayde van Niekerk; sprinting sensation, Akani Simbine; Clarence Munyai, Caster Semenya, Jerry Motsau, Sunette Viljoen and many others will light up Potchefstroom. SA athletics has recently been abuzz, especially on the track, as sprinters and hurdlers have been red hot on the country’s tracks of late.
The likes of Thando Roto and Rikenette Steenkamp have been putting in the hard yards and will be looking to break more records in a fortnight’s time.
