Potchefstroomers can save lives with one simple act of saving blood and make the team in the 2018 edition of the FNB Varsity Cup.

The NWU booked their place against Maties in the final on 16 April and now locals have the chance to make the NWU the number one university in the blood donation race as well.

Further incentive is that a spanking inaugural Gaz’Lam Trophy is also up for grabs. Who would not won to be known as the first winners of the Varsity Cup blood drive?

Tuks are currently leading on 7110 with the NWU in a close second on 6909, and with only a week to go the NWU has a great opportunity to take the lead with some lifesaving donations.

Varsity Cup’s partnership with the Western Province Blood Transfusion Services and SANBS has proven to be very fruitful and they have saved close to 100 thousand lives thus far.

Let’s make a difference!
