Senwes Park will once again be the host to some quality international women’s cricket action when the Proteas women take on the Bangladesh women in two back-to-back one day internationals on Friday, 4 May and Sunday, 6 May.
Both matches will start at 09:45 and local cricket lovers are urged to attend and support SA’s best as they aim for a clean sweep against the Bangladeshis. Lizelle Lee and Masabata Klaas will be North West’s representatives in the Proteas team and these two players will look to make a statement on home soil. All-rounder, Dané van Niekerk will look to lead from the front as captain, with the experienced Mignon du Preez and Shabnim Ismail set to stamp their authority on proceedings.
