The Potchefstroom born MotoGP rider, Brad Binder, made history today on Women’s Day (9 August) when he clinched his maiden MotoGP victory in the premier class.
The South African won the Czech Grand Prix at the Brno Masaryk circuit this afternoon after starting from seventh on the grid. This in only his third race in the Moto GP class.
Binder made his name in the 2016 season in the Moto 3 class winning the championship. He then rode in the Moto 2 category for three years, before making the step up at Red Bull KTM in 2020.
