The Proteas Women will be back in action at the J.B Marks Oval in Potchefstroom as they take on Bangladesh in a day-night match on Wednesday, 20 December.
It will be the second ODI of the three match series between the two teams.
The previous time the Proteas Women played at the J.B Marks Oval was against New Zealand in September.
The Proteas managed to win that match by four wickets in front of an excited crowd.
South Africa will back themselves to get the better of Bangladesh, with numerous top
players in their squad, like batters Anneke Bosch and Tazmin Brits, Laura Wolvaardt and all-rounder Nadine de Klerk, among others.
The ODI series against Bangladesh starts in East London on 16 December. This series also forms part of the ICC women’s championship, with crucial points up for grabs.
The Proteas Women are currently in fifth place; a few wins could move them up the table.
Tickets are as low as R16 on the grass embankments for the second ODI at the J.B. Marks Oval as part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.
Supporters are urged to fill up J.B Marks Oval this December for what should be a
classic encounter.
The match will start at 14:00.
Tickets are available at ticketpros.co.za or at the stadium.
