Eight schools will battle it out this coming weekend, from 7 to 9 August, during the Heritage Cricket Festival at Potchefstroom Boys High School.
Potch Boys will be fired up to take on the competition as the main hosts. Ferdinand Postma High School will also host some of the matches, adding further local flavour to the proceedings.
Joining these two teams are Potchefstroom Gimnasium, Hoër Volkskool Potchefstroom, Fields College, KHS, Prestige College and Beaulieu College from Midrand. All the matches will be first team encounters.
“We’re excited to be hosting eight schools from around the country for what promises to be a fantastic weekend of cricket,” said Potch Boys High School sports director, Mohau Mohlahleli.
