Help impoverished communities

Children with autism are one of the biggest challenges facing South African society.

On 18 July, also known as Mandela Day, Autism South Africa, with support from the public, aims to create 67 Autism-Education First Aid kits to send out in the name of Nelson Mandela.

“These kits will be donated to 67 impoverished centres and rural schools to change of the lives of at least 670 children with autism,” said the non-profit organisations national director Jill Stacey.

There are various sponsorship options for residents:

  • Sponsor 67 laminators R19 832

  • Sponsor 67 boxes of 100 laminating pouches R6 800
  • Sponsor one or more boxes of 100 laminating pouches R101.50 each
