Vanessa said during the session, learners were shown breathing exercises to use whenever they are caught in stressful situations, to help them maintain their composure.
“RCA is a no-bully zone. We at the school do everything in our power to ensure that no child is bullied, hence we have decided to engage the expertise of someone who is qualified to help prevent bullying and equip our learners to deal with the issue,” Vanessa added.
