East London tavern deaths: I wish to express our sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, friends and relatives.

As Elder and Evangelist of Spirit of Christ Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Dr AN Mabase, the General Overseer and the Executive Producer of Signs and Wonder Televisions Network, I wish to express our sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, friends and relatives of 21 children who died at a tavern in East London in late June.

The scripture is telling us about the repercussions of the consumption of intoxicating beverage that is liquor or alcohol.

Proverbs 23 verse 20: Do not join those who drink too much or gorge themselves on meat, for drunkards and gluttons become poor and drowsiness clothes them within rags. 4. Psalm 1 verse 1: Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful.
The book of Ecclesiastes chapter 3 is titled A time for every purpose under heaven. To our youth, children and students. This is the time for reading, studying and concentrating on your studies.
The God that we serve is the God of birth, death, burial and resurrection. The book of Ezekiel chapter 37 … Dry bones shall live again. May the souls of our departed children have eternal rest.
