Mother of three, Hannah Sadiki, has worked in the banking industry for the past 27 years.
POLOKWANE – Mother of three, Hannah Sadiki, has worked in the banking industry for the past 27 years.
Her years of experience enabled her to gain invaluable knowledge and skills on sales, people management, customer experience, operations, financial excellence, communications, change management and all aspects of banking channels.
In January, Sadiki was appointed executive head of customer channels at Standard Bank Personal and Business Banking South Africa.
Her prime role is to lead and drive her teams to ensure market share growth and customer retention in line with South African retail banking business directives.
Hannah’s exceptional leadership and management practises have been recognised by a number of associations. She received the corporate business woman of the year award from the Business Woman’s Association of South Africa (Bwasa), and the Oprah Winfrey Award for caring yet confident results orientated performance in 2005.
Hannah holds a number of business, management and executive leadership qualifications through Wits Business School, GIBS Business School, and Duke University’s corporate education division.
She participated in the 2008 international business consortium held at Thunderbird Business School on managerial issues in the global enterprise.
Driven by her passion for mentorship and coaching, Hannah is also a certified master business coach, holding qualifications from the University of Stellenbosch and Middlesex University in England. She applies her coaching skills through her coaching practise which she started in 2007.
Hannah fulfils board memberships across a variety of industries both within and outside of the banking arena.
