N1 claims yet another life

MOKOPANE – According to Joshua Kwapa, Traffic Department Spokesperson, the accident happened around 07:30 on Saturday. The vehicles collided head-on and the driver of the bakkie was declared dead at the scene.

The driver of the truck sustained serious injuries and was rushed to the Modimolle Hospital. The truck was found on the side of the road in a horrible state.

Investigations into the cause of the accident is still ongoing.
