[WATCH] Young microbotics engineers hard at work

CTU Training Solutions Polokwane is currently offering young learners an opportunity to learn about the new 4th industrial revolution called Microbotics.

POLOKWANE – According to Daphne Roets, lecturer at the institution, the programme is a great learning opportunity for young ones looking to venture into careers in the engineering industry. “Most of these young ones want to venture into the engineering industry after they complete their gr 12. We hope through our programme the youth will be inspired and instilled with the relevant background, as well as the basic knowledge they need as they look into shaping their future careers,” she added.

During the programme the learners were able to gain a basic understanding of circuit flow, LED, light bulbs, micro controllers, understand and learn the process of programming a Picaxe microcontroller and many other aspects of microbotics.
